Hey there! Since the military life can take you many places and move you in a moments notice, I have been looking into different job opportunities that will travel with me. Clinton and I have decided that it would be great for me to be an At Home America consultant! If you are like me, you might not know what At Home America is...
well....I'm going to tell you!
At Home America is a direct seller of home accessories. Products range from kitchen accessories, wall art, candles, organizational products, and everything you need to entertain. These items come in a variety of different styles. Whether retro, traditional, inspirational, modern, or whimsical decor happens to be your style of choice, there is something for everyone!
One of my favorite parts of this whole deal, besides the great decor, is that you are also able to contribute to the HelpAmerica Foundation. Through donations you can help find a cure for ALS and/or help Americas homeless.
"In 2001, ever mindful of the company's mission to place God first, followed by family and then business, Lisa and Becky felt it was important to establish a foundation which could extend the good work currently being done for the veterans to ALL the U.S. homeless, including women and children. This worthwhile endeavor was named the HelpAmerica Foundation, and to date has raised more than $1 million for this great cause.
In 2002, AtHome America and the HelpAmerica Foundation launched its "Thanks a Million!" campaign. Through in-home presentations around the country called HomeShows, their website and Catalogs, the goal was to make 1 million citizens aware of the plight of so many who have given so much for our freedom. The company-wide commitment has grown from a small endeavor – just over $10,000 in the first year – to millions of dollars.
AtHome America is proud to provide continued support to the brave men and women who preserve, protect and defend our country. Our love for America has never been stronger, and this dedication is sure to carry the great works of AtHome America and its committed national sales organization into 2008 and beyond."
You can host a party in your home, host a book or online party, shop online, or hold a fundraiser for an organization of your choice.
Now, all I have to do is get started! In order to officially begin this new adventure, I need to book six parties. My time in the Des Moines area is limited but if you are interested in throwing a book party, online party or in home party, please e-mail me at hilarykristen@gmail.com!
Check out the online catalog
I hope you enjoy! I'm already making mental notes of all the things I want to buy!
Oh, imagine the possibilities!

Sign me up for a book party. I know I can do well. Dad
